Morning Movers 10/11: (BBND) (INSW) (JVA) (MOTR) Higher; (GLGL) (VVTV) (ZLC) Lower

Bigband Networks (Nasdaq: BBND) 74% HIGHER; ARRIS (Nasdaq: ARRS) to buy BigBand for $2.24/share in cash.

InsWeb (Nasdaq: INSW) 45.2% HIGHER; Bankrate (Nasdaq: RATE) to acquire InsWeb assets relating to insurance lead generation and marketing business for $65 million in cash at closing.

Coffee Holding Co. (Nasdaq: JVA) 21.7% HIGHER; traders continuing to buy the dip following a decline to $7.50 on the last day of trading in September. The stock is up nearly 33 percent since the beginning of last week. Roth Capital initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and $15 price target earlier.

Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR) 19.5% HIGHER; holding over the $1.50 level today. The stock seems to be breaking away from the 200-day smooth moving average this morning. Volume is very heavy.

AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH) 18.7% HIGHER; today announced that LG Electronics has chosen its QuickSec™ VPN security for use in its Android smartphones. AuthenTec’s QuickSec Client for Android enhances secure VPN communication through an IPsec-based VPN client which is integrated into the smartphones.

USA Truck (Nasdaq: USAK) 17.8% HIGHER; Celadon (NYSE: CGI) disclosed the company is looking to talk to USA Truck management about a possible combination. Celadon is showing a 6.29 percent stake in USA Truck.

GLG Life Tech (Nasdaq: GLGL) 15.1% LOWER; following a business update last week, shares have continued to tumble. The stock is down more than 76 percent since Thursday of last week.

Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA) 11.7% HIGHER; expects non-GAAP revenue to be at or above the high-end of its previously-issued guidance range of $72.0 million to $74.0 million. The Street sees $73.2 million. Non-GAAP operating income is also expected to be at or above the high-end of the previously-issued guidance range of $7.1 million to $7.5 million, leading to non-GAAP net income per diluted share that is at or above the high-end of the previously issued range of $0.19 to $0.20. The Street is looking for EPS of $0.20.

ValueVision (Nasdaq: VVTV) 7.6% LOWER; stock continuing a recent volatile run. The stock was up 10 percent yesterday, down 10 percent on Friday, up more than 20 percent over the prior three sessions, and down 11 percent during last week's Monday. Stock having trouble holding above $2.50.

Zale Corp. (NYSE: ZLC) 7.5% LOWER; investors taking profits this morning following a 14 percent rise yesterday.
