NuPathe Inc. (Nasdaq: PATH) 40% LOWER; reports it has received a Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the New Drug Application (NDA) for its migraine patch (NP101 or Zelrix).

CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) 26.9% HIGHER; has formed a committee of independent directors to explore a wide range of options aimed at enhancing shareholder value including, but not limited to, cost savings initiatives, an evaluation of the Company's capital structure, possible repurchases of debt and common stock, the potential disposition of business lines, the potential sale or business combination of the Company and other alternatives.

Novavax, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVAX) 17.8% HIGHER; bird flu stocks are seeing action for the second straight day following media reports the strain is making a major comeback in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS) 17.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.94), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.94). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.4 billion. Sees FY2011 EPS of $-0.10-$-0.50, versus the consensus of $-0.17. Barnes & Noble, Inc. sees FY2011 revenue of $7.4 billion.

National Bank of Greece (NYSE: NBG) 14% LOWER; despite news the bank was ranked the top primary dealer at the end of June, traders are taking profits this morning following a 38 percent rise yesterday.

ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: ANX) 12.1% HIGHER; today provided an update on its planned meetings with the U.S. FDA regarding its three late-stage programs. Exelbine (vinorelbine injectable emulsion): Type A meeting with FDA has been requested. This meeting is to discuss the complete response letter regarding the Company's New Drug Applicatio for Exelbine. The Company will present information that it believes demonstrates the authenticity of study drugs used in the pivotal study.

Corinthian Colleges (NASDAQ: COCO) 9.6% HIGHER; Gabelli upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy.

Limelight Networks (Nasdaq: LLNW) 9.6% HIGHER; confirms it will sell its EyeWonder unit to DG (Nasdaq: DGIT) for $66 million. Limelight sees expenses of about $1.6 million during Q3 on the deal. The company has reduced its Q3 sales guidance excluding-EyeWonder: from $51.7-$53.2 million to $41.5-$42.5 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $52.8 million. Also announced a $25 million buyback program.

Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (Nasdaq: AEZS) 8% HIGHER; today announced favorable top-line results of its completed Phase 3 study with AEZS-130 as the first oral diagnostic test for Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD).

MGIC (NYSE: MTG) 6.8% LOWER; correcting today following a 60 percent rise over the last four trading sessions.
