PharMerica (NYSE: PMC) 32.2% HIGHER; Omnicare (NYSE: OCR) proposes to buy PharMerica for $15/share.

USA Truck (Nasdaq: USAK) 25.3% LOWER; sees a Q3 loss, compared to a net gain of $600,000, or 6 cents per share, during the same quarter last year. The company cites "a temporary but significant decrease in the efficiency of our truckload operations associated with our efforts in implementing our new enterprise management software." Sees sales miles about 15 percent below July 2010.

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ: COCO) 21.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $425.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $427.59 million. Sees Q1 new student growth of 23-25% on sales of $414-$424 million. EPS are expected to be 2-4c. The Street is currently looking for sales of $427.02 million with EPS of 15c. Sees FY12 EPS of 30-35c, which compares to the Street estimate of 23c.

Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: PANL) 19% HIGHER; Samsung Mobile Display Co., Ltd. and Universal Display announced that the companies have entered into agreements under which Universal Display will license its technologies and sell its proprietary materials to SMD for use in its line of state-of-the-art OLED display products. The stock was upgraded at Brigantine.

Temple-Inland (NYSE: TIN) 18.1% LOWER; being sued related to Guaranty Financial.

Trina Solar Ltd. (NYSE: TSL) 14.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, excluding foreign exchange, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $579.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $599.44 million. Solar module shipments were approximately 396 MW for the second quarter of 2011, representing an increase of 23.7% sequentially and an increase of 77.9% year-over-year. Sees Q311 PV shipments of 480 MW to 520 MW.

Identive (Nasdaq: INVE) 14.7% HIGHER; bouncing over the 200-day average this morning. The stock was down about 13 percent since Thursday of last week.

RealPage, Inc. (Nasdaq: RP) 13.5% LOWER; reports it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Multifamily Technology Solutions, Inc. The company will acquire MTS for approximately $74.4 million, net of cash expected to be acquired. The purchase price will consist of approximately $63.6 million in cash and approximately $10.8 million paid with shares of RealPage common stock.

Perfect World Co. (NASDAQ: PWRD) 13% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.8 million. Based on the Company's current operations, total revenues for the third quarter of 2011 are expected to be between RMB756 million and RMB803 million, representing a range similar to the revenues in the second quarter of 2011, but still an increase of 15% to 22% on a year-over-year basis.

Vonage (NYSE: VG) 10.9% HIGHER; bouncing above the 200-day moving average this morning. The stock is down nearly 22 percent over the last five trading sessions.

LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK) 10.8% HIGHER; solar stocks bouncing today as traders are buying Trina Solar shares on Q2 results. Also, Goldman issued a note this morning saying the equipment cycle in the European market may be bottoming.

Tuesday Morning Corp (NASDAQ: TUES) 10.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $194.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $194.8 million. The company's board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to $5 million of the company's common stock. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.22-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.13. Sees FY2012 revenue of $828-$834 million, versus the consensus of $818.90 million.

I.D. Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDSY) 10.3% HIGHER; Avis Budget Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAR) and ID Systems report that they have executed an agreement to deploy I.D. Systems' proprietary wireless vehicle management systems in Avis Budget's vehicle rental fleet.

Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR) 10.1% LOWER; continuing lower today following news yesterday morning the company's CEO left. Shares fell 7 percent yesterday.

GT Advanced Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: GTAT) 9.6% HIGHER; will replace Radiant Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August 24.

Yingli (NYSE: YGE) 9.5% HIGHER; entire solar sector performing strong this morning. The Claymore/MAC Global Solar ETF (NYSE: TAN) is up 7 percent today.
