ParkerVision (Nasdaq: PRKR) 30.8% HIGHER; shares surged 67 percent yesterday and are continuing higher today, now over the all-important $1 level.As recently as two Monday's ago, PRKR shares closed at 48 cents.

Avid Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVID) 22.7% LOWER; reported Q2 non-GAAP loss of ($0.10), $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $161.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $170.38 million. The stock was also downgraded at JPMorgan earlier.

athenahealth, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHN) 22.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.08 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.70-$0.83, versus the consensus of $0.81. Sees FY2011 revenue of $315-$325 million, versus the consensus of $312.4 million.

Cepheid, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPHD) 19.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.03, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $67 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.96 million. Non-GAAP loss was 11 cents per share in the quarter. Cepheid, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $0.08-$0.11, versus the consensus of $0.05. The stock was upgraded at both Wedbush and Natixis Bleichroeder this morning.

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI) 17.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $119 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.2 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.60-$0.62, versus the consensus of $0.59. Sees FY2011 revenue of $460-$470 million, versus the consensus of $461.5 million.

Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATSG) 16.1% LOWER; announceds its second-largest customer is adopting a new operating model and phasing out two ASTG units. ATSG said capex could be cut by up to $10-$15 million per year.

RSC Holdings (NYSE: RRR) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.00, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $367.13 million versus the consensus estimate of $363.97 million.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD) 14.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.57 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.58 billion. The stock was upgraded at Wells Fargo, Canaccord and Raymond James.

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS) 14.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.49, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $356.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $345.24 million. The company forecasts Q4 EPS of 0.53 vs. the consensus of $0.50. Sales for Q4 are expected to be $400 million vs. the consensus of $369 million.

StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: SFG) 13.9% LOWER; reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.61, $0.43 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.04. The stock was downgraded at FBR Capital.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT) 13.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $352.96 million versus the consensus estimate of $348.82 million. Ruby Tuesday, Inc. sees Q1 2011 EPS of $0.03-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.20. Ruby Tuesday, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $0.75-$0.85, versus the consensus of $0.97. The stock was also downgraded to Underperform at BofA.

AMCOL International (NYSE: ACO) 13.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $250.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.2 million.

C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) 10.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.57, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $725 million versus the consensus estimate of $728.93 million. The stock was also downgraded at BofA.

Agria (NYSE: GRO) 10.3% HIGHER; stock continuing to break out above the $1 level today. Shares rose 30 percent yesterday. The stock has not been over this resistance level since mid June.

Healthways, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWAY) 10.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $169.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $168.52 million.

American Oriental Bioengineering (NYSE: AOB) 10% HIGHER; continuing to rebound today. For a Chinese biotech company, this one has been a sleeper lately. Could be bouncing off 200-day moving average this morning.

Ezcorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) 9.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.53, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $203.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $205.67 million.
