Parkvale Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: PVSA) 81.3% HIGHER; F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) and Parkvale have entered into an agreement whereby F.N.B. Corporation will acquire Parkvale Financial Corp in an all stock transaction valued at approximately $22.48 per share, or $130 million in the aggregate.

MediaMind Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: MDMD) 37.9% HIGHER; DG (Nasdaq: DGIT) and MediaMind have entered an agreement whereby DG will acquire MediaMind for $22 per share in cash, or total consideration of $517 million.

Yuhe International, Inc. (Nasdaq: YUII) 26.5% LOWER; today announced that the Company provides incremental documentation relating to the acquisition conducted in December 2009, when it entered into an agreement to purchase 13 breeder farms from Weifang Dajiang Corporation. Harbin Electric (Nasdaq: HRBN) 22.7% LOWER; shares have tumbled more than 11 percent in mid-day trade as short-focused firm Citron Research is out with a note on the company. Citron points in part to an unfulfilled $24 per share buyout offer from its Chairman and CEO, which hasn't materialized in the last seven months. Click here for the report.

Longwei Petroleum Investment (NYSE: LPH) 22.6% HIGHER; Rodman & Renshaw initiates coverage on the stock with a Market Outperform and $6 price target. The firm is the first analyst to cover the stock, probably why shares are surging this morning.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) 20.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.04, 9 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $135.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $151.43 million.

BSD Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: BSDM) 20.8% HIGHER; today reported positive results from the efforts of its sales and distribution network for the MicroThermX® Microwave Ablation (MicroThermX®) line of products.

Southern Union Company (NYSE: SUG) 17.1% HIGHER; Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE: ETE) and Southern Union have entered into an agreement whereby ETE will acquire Southern Union at a value of $33 per share, or about $4.2 billion.

Finisar Corp (Nasdaq: FNSR) 16.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.33, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $236.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $242.95 million. Finisar Corp sees Q112 EPS of 17 to 21 cents, versus the consensus of $0.37. Finisar Corp sees Q112 revenue of $215 - $230 million, versus the consensus of $253 million.

Insituform (Nasdaq: INSU) 15.2% LOWER; cutting FY11 guidance amid continued weakness in its North American Sewer Rehabilitation unit. EPS now expected to be $1.30-$1.40, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.70. The company had previously guided EPS to $1.75-$1.90.

School Specialty, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCHS) 15% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of ($0.91), $0.6 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.97). Revenue for the quarter came in at $127.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $110.86 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $-0.35-$-0.10, versus the consensus of $-0.04. Sees FY2012 revenue of $755-$780 million, versus the consensus of $737.54 million.
