Neoware, Inc. (Nasdaq: NWRE) 37% LOWER; said revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, are expected to be in the range of $23 to $24 million, or possibly slightly higher, versus the consensus of $30.7 million.

Advance Auto Parts Inc. (NYSE: AAP) 18% LOWER; says Q2 comparable-store sales are now expected to increase approximately 1% to 2%, versus a 9% increase last year and compared to prior guidance of a 3-5% increase. AAP sees Q2 EPS between $0.57-0.59, compared to prior guidance of $0.65-0.68

Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. (Nasdaq: ISSC) 17% LOWER; expects revenue in the 3rd quarter ended June 30, 2006 to be between $2.5 and $3.5 million. Revenue in the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2006 is expected to be between $4.0 million and $6.0 million. The company said these amounts are below prior estimates due to the timing of receiving substantial orders that, if received, will represent the second largest quarter in the Company's history.

RSA Security Inc. (Nasdaq: RSAS) 14% HIGHER; reports from the New York Times RSA Security Inc. (Nasdaq: RSAS) may be near to be acquired by EMC (NYSE: EMC) or at least one other bidder in a deal that could be worth more than $1.8 billion.

Merix Corp. (Nasdaq: MERX) 11.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.19 per share, ex-items, $0.05 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $100.4 million versus the consensus of $94.3 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.31-0.35 versus the consensus of $0.17. Sees Q1 revenues of $102-$106 million versus the consensus of $98.7 million.

Tenet Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: THC) 10% HIGHER; Tenet, U.S. Department of Justice Reach Broad Settlement

ATI Tech (Nasdaq: ATYT) 7% LOWER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.16 per share, ex-items, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $652.3 million versus the consensus of $662.4 million. Sees Q4 revenues of $620-660 million versus the consensus of $703.12 million.

Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) 7% HIGHER; expects second-quarter 2006 earnings per share to be approximately $0.10 in excess of Wall Street average estimates

Duke Energy Corp. (NYSE: DUK) 4.8% HIGHER; Lehman ugprades to Overweight

Red Hat Inc. (Nasdaq: RHAT) 4.6% LOWER; Reports Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.07, which may not be comparable to the consensus of $0.09. Revenues were $84 million vs. $83.31 million consensus. Sees FY07 revenues of $400-$405 million, versus prior forecast of $370-$375 million and the consensus of $384.4 million. Sees Q2 revenues of $96-$98 million, versus the consensus of $92.4 million.

3Com Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS) 4.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 results

Silicon Image, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIMG) 3% HIGHER; said during an investor/analyst day presentation the company reconfirmed that it expected revenues for the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2006 to be at the upper end of the range specified in prior public guidance of 12 to 15 percent sequential growth over the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2006. During the presentations, the company also increased its guidance for revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006 from an expected growth of 20 to 30 percent sequentially over revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005, as previously stated during the April 26, 2006 earnings call, to an expected growth of 25 to 30 percent sequentially over revenues for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005.

Arrow Int'l (Nasdaq: ARRO) 3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31, 2 cents worse than estimates.(0.33) Revenues were $122.3 million vs. $120.5 million consensus. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.39-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.39. Sees FY06 EPS of $1.24-$1.26 versus the consensus of $1.26.

MSC Industrial Direct (NYSE: MSM) 2.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.54, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $329.8 million vs. $325.01 million consensus. MSM sees Q4 EPS between $0.49-$0.53 and revenues between $382-388 million. Current consensus is $0.49 and $349.96 million, respectively.

Paychex (Nasdaq: PAYX) 2.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.32, in-line with estimates.(0.32) Revenues were $440.5 million vs. $433.12 million consensus. For the year total revenue growth is estimated to be in the range of 12% to 14% and net income growth is expected to be in the range of 12% to 14%.

Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) 2.6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.12, 2 cents better than estimates.(0.10) Revenues were $1.3 billion vs. $1.37 billion consensus

McDonald's Corp. (NYSE: MCD) 2.3% HIGHER; Merrill Lynch upgrades to Buy

Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE: BSX) 1.7% LOWER; Citigroup downgrades to Sell

Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings (NYSE: AVR) INDICATED HIGHER; the 9.06 million share IPO for ethanol producer priced at $43 per share, the top end of the revised $40-$43 range, which was just raised from a prior range of $37-$41.
