American Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: ATCO) 18.7% HIGHER; expects fiscal 3rd quarter revenues will be $3 million for the period ending June 30, 2006, more than double the revenues the Company reported for its fiscal 2nd quarter ended March 31, 2006. The Company also announced that it expects revenues for its fiscal 4th quarter ending September 30, 2006 will equal or exceed revenues anticipated for its fiscal 3rd quarter ending June 30, 2006.

OMNI Energy Services Corp. (Nasdaq: OMNI) 13.8% HIGHER; expects its 2006 second quarter fully diluted earnings per share to more than double the $0.10 fully diluted earnings per share reported for its 2006 first quarter. The Company also said its second quarter fully diluted earnings per share will be at least 40% higher than the average of Wall Street estimates -- $0.16 per fully diluted share.

EntreMed Inc. (Nasdaq: ENMD) 13% HIGHER; said the FDA granted orphan drug designation for the Company's lead drug candidate, 2-methoxyestradiol (2ME2 or Panzem), for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), an often fatal form of brain cancer.

Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS) 13% LOWER; the Audit Committee has reached a preliminary conclusion that the actual measurement dates for certain stock option grants issued in prior years differ from the recorded grant dates for such awards. As a result, Rambus may need to record additional non-cash charges for stock-based compensation expense related to those prior periods. The Audit Committee has not yet completed its investigation.

Applied Micro Circuits Corp. (Nasdaq: AMCC) 7.6% LOWER; received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California requesting documents relating to the Company's historical stock option practices.

CNET Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNET) 4.4% LOWER; received a grand jury document subpoena from the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California requesting records pertaining to the granting of stock options. CNET Networks intends to cooperate fully with the United States Attorney with respect to its request.

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) 4.4% LOWER; expects flat to slightly negative comparable sales and an approximate 12% increase in revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2006.

Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE: VGR) 3.6% LOWER; intends to offer $85 million of senior convertible debentures due 2026 (the "Debentures") in a private placement, subject to market and other conditions.

BE Aerospace Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAV) 3% HIGHER; Jefferies & Co (BEAV) from Hold to Buy

Mastercard (NYSE: MA) 2.8% LOWER; Credit Suisse starts Mastercard (NYSE: MA) at Underperform

Xilinx Inc. (Nasdaq: XLNX) 2.3% HIGHER; Citigroup downgraded from Buy to Hold

Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE) 1.9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.39, 1 cent worse than estimates.(1.40) Revenues were $4.01 billion vs. $3.97 billion consensus.

Altera Corp. (Nasdaq: ALTR) 1.6% LOWER; Citigroup downgraded from Buy to Hold

Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) INDICATED LOWER; said results for the second quarter of 2006 will be lower than expected. Second quarter earnings per share are expected to be slightly lower than the first quarter because the company is not experiencing the significant increase in operating earnings, which had been expected to begin during the quarter.

J.Crew (NYSE: JCG) INDICATED HIGHER; IPO prices at $20, above the expected $15-$17 range
