Greenberg Says HANS is Priced for Invincibility
Herb Greenberg over at MarketWatch (RealityCheck) weighed in on Hansen Natural (NASDAQ: HANS) again today, saying the "momentum monster" is no longer priced for perfection but is now priced for invincibility. Greenberg said he heard whispers of the stock split before it was announced and also said he is hearing rumors of an international launch of the company's 'Monster' product and rumors the company may take-up numbers when it announces results in August. Greenberg also loosely compares HANS to once cult-like stock Krispy Kreme (NYSE: KKD), which has since fallen from grace. HANS is up nearly 60% since short-leaning Greenberg first raised a 'red-flag' on the stock. The stock is seeing some selling pressure today, down 7.5 points (7%), but it is not clear if the article is driving the action.
