Rovi Corp. (ROVI) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c

Rovi Corp. (NASDAQ: ROVI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $127.85 million.

Rovi now anticipates fiscal year 2014 revenue of between $525 million and $550 million, and fiscal year 2014 Adjusted Pro Forma Diluted income per share of $1.52 - $1.80.
