FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on July 3, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 17, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.
