Stein Mart, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2014.
