UPDATE: Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) Facing Criminal Probe - FT

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) is facing a criminal investigation by the DOJ and the FBI, according the Financial Times. The company is already facing a civil investigation into allegations it is a pyramid scheme, a theory put forward by hedge fund manager Bill Ackman. Shares are down over 10% heading into the close of trading, serving up another blow to supporters like Carl Icahn.
