According to reports out Tuesday, A&E is planning a 25 episode marathon of
Duck Dynastyon December 25th, starting at 3:30pm and running until 4am on December 26th.
Duck Dynasty'simpact on A&E can't be understated; the show has drawn in 14 million viewers at its peak, which means big advertising bucks for the network. People are more likely than ever to tune in, too, as many will be looking for something different following the onslaught of holiday movies that run all day on Christmas.
Season 5 of
Duck Dynastyis slated to begin on January 15, 2014. Robertson will appear in several episodes that have already been filmed, amid his recent suspension from the show.
