Uroplasty, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPI) 43.6% HIGHER; has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. On June 14, 2013, Uroplasty indicated that it had delayed filing the Form 10-K to complete a review of its internal control over financial reporting. Today, Uroplasty reported that it has completed that review. Although the Company did uncover a material weakness in internal control during the review, that weakness did not result in any changes in previously announced financial results or financial statements for prior reporting periods. As a result of the 10-K filing, the Company believes it is now compliant with all NASDAQ listing requirements.

Computer Task Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTG) 21.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.24, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $107.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.18 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.22-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.28. Also sees Q3 revenue of $105-$107 million, versus the consensus of $114.47 million.

HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM) 14.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.36 million. For updated guidance, click here.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 14.5% HIGHER; USEC up again following a 98 percent run higher Monday on speculation that Japan's recent election might lead to the restart of more nuclear plants.

Silver Spring Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNI) 13.7% HIGHER; could also be seeing a little upside on the Cisco/Sourcefire deal.

Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT) 13.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.34, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $255.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $258.37 million. Load factor down 0.6 points to 89.5 percent.

China HGS Real Estate Inc. (Nasdaq: HGSH) 12.2% LOWER; profit taking following a 21.9 percent run higher on Monday.

Spartan Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPTN) 9.4% LOWER; lower following a modest move higher Monday on news it entered a merger agreement with Nash Finch Company (Nasdaq: NAFC).

Silicom Ltd (Nasdaq: SILC) 9.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.48, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $15.5 million.
