Dell's (Nasdaq: DELL) specially committee is considering delaying the July 18th shareholder vote on Michael Dell and Silver Lake partners offer, according to Bloomberg reporter Serena Saitto, citing sources. Reports earlier said a large number of shareholders oppose the buyout.
