UPDATE: Lazard Capital Upgrades Sonus Networks, Inc. (SONS) to Buy

Lazard Capital upgraded Sonus Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: SONS) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $4. Analyst Ryan Hutchinson sees significant upside from current valuation. In his view, a recent deal by Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) to acquire Acme Packet has generated interest in session border controller (SBC) products. With its comprehensive SBC portfolio, Hutchinson sees H2 and 2014 tailwinds.
