Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.65; 4% Yield

Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.60 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.60.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
