MagneGas Corporation (Nasdaq: MNGA) 22.0% LOWER; has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,372,295 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase 593,074 shares of its common stock. Each share of common stock will be sold with a warrant to purchase 0.25 of a share of common stock.

Orchard Supply Hardware Stores (Nasdaq: OSH) 21.4% HIGHER; squeezing higher with about 24 percent of float being held short.

Uroplasty, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPI) 21.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.54 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.59 million.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $336.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $318.26 million. Looking ahead, Omnivision sees Q113 EPS of $0.35 - $0.52, versus the consensus of $0.28 and revenue of $355 - $390 million, versus the consensus of $344.1 million.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (NYSE: KKD) 16.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.97 million. Sees FY2014 EPS of $0.59-$0.63, versus prior guidance of $0.53-$0.57 and the consensus of $0.58. The Company is raising its fiscal 2014 outlook for adjusted net income to between $42 million and $45 million from the previous forecast of between $37 million and $40 million.

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.14, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $548.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $550.06 million. Sees FY13 EPS of $1.70 - $1.90, versus the consensus of $1.79 and sees FY2013 revenue of $2.57 - $2.61 billion, versus the consensus of $2.60 billion. The company sees Q214 EPS of $0.34 - $0.38, versus the consensus of $0.36 and sees Q2 2014 revenue of $620 - $635 million, versus the consensus of $618.43 million.

Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) 9.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter grew 54% to $101.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $103.46 million.

ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ICA) 9.6% LOWER; announced that the Company had not reached an agreement on the previously-announced transaction with Servicios Corporativos Javer S.A.P.I. de C.V.

ECOtality, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECTY) 9.4% LOWER; pulling back after not being included in Tesla's Supercharger announcement on Thursday.
