Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.26, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $989.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $897.99 million.

* New orders of 4,055 homes were up 34 percent; cancellation rate of 15 percent
