Oxford Resource Partners, LP (NYSE: OXF) 31.0% LOWER; determined, based upon continued weakness in the coal markets, to suspend the cash distributions on both its common and subordinated units for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. In making this decision, the Board concluded that it was in the best interests of the Partnership to further preserve liquidity.

OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCZ) 16.4% LOWER; moving lower amid an eased outlook issued by Seagate (Nasdaq: STX) on Monday night.

Aeterna Zentaris (Nasdaq: AEZS) 15.3% HIGHER; might be seeing a rally on Keryx news.

Sierra Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq: SWIR) 14.2% HIGHER; announced plans to sell substantially all of the assets and operations related to its AirCard business to NETGEAR, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTGR) for $138 million in cash plus approximately $6.5 million in assumed liabilities as of December 31, 2012.

D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) 10.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.1 million.
