Crossing and above:
- Marvell (Nasdaq: MRVL) - up 2.5 percent. After slumping in late December on a patent infringement verdict, Marvell has strung together seven-consecutive trading sessions of gains, eight if you count today. Shares have nearly filled the gap created on December 26th.
- Dynavax (Nasdaq: DVAX) - up 7.0 percent. Making a strong move above the $3.05 to $3.10 level today on volume. Shares fell in mid-November on an FDA panel vote that Heplisav vaccine unsafe as Hep B treatment.
- Proctor & Gamble (NYSE: PG) - up 0.4 percent. P&G getting a little pop today after appointing Macy's CEO Lundgren to Board and declaring a quarterly dividend earlier.
- NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) - down 2.5 percent. Seeing a little activity this week as competitors are pushing new chip ideas at CES.
- Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) - down 1.1 percent. Had been stringing together a nive nine-sessions until Dan Loeb disclosed a new 8.24 percent stake in Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) earlier today.
