Roma Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: ROMA) 64.5% HIGHER; Investors Bancorp (Nasdaq: ISBC) offered to acquire Roma for $1 per share.

Amicus Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FOLD) 44.9% LOWER; announced the 6-month primary treatment period results from the first Phase 3 global registration study (Study 011) of investigational oral migalastat HCl monotherapy in males and females with Fabry disease who had genetic mutations identified as amenable to migalastat HCl in a cell-based assay. Study 011 randomized a total of 67 patients to receive oral migalastat HCl 150 mg or placebo on an every-other-day (QOD) dosing schedule during a 6-month, double-blind primary treatment period.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) 32.7% HIGHER; IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) confirmed a deal to acquire NYSE Euronext for $33.12 per share in cash and stock, or a total of approximately $8.2 billion.

Eloqua, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELOQ) 31.3% HIGHER; Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Eloqua for $23.50 per share or approximately $871 million, net of Eloqua's cash.

Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) 17.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.28 billion. Comps rose 1.5%. Boosted its FY13 outlook. For more, click here.

Sequans Communications S.A. (Nasdaq: SQNS) 14.4% HIGHER; moving back above the $2.50 level on sector sentiment today.

Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solution (Nasdaq: MDRX) 14.2% LOWER; confirmed it named Paul M. Black as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, who replaces Glen Tullman, who will step down from his positions as Chief Executive Officer and board member. The company also concluded its sale process with no deal.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) 13.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.26, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $155.29 million.

Uni-Pixel, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNXL) 13.4% LOWER; Carclo PLC is said to have issued a lawsuit against the company in the U.K.

Greenbrier Companies (NYSE: GBX) 11.5% LOWER; Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Greenbrier from Buy to Hold.

American Railcar (Nasdaq: ARII) % LOWER; offered Greenbrier about 10 percent more for a takeover after failing to secure a deal earlier in the week.
