Zogenix (Nasdaq: ZGNX) 38% LOWER; Zohydro ER fails to win FDA panel backing.

Intermec, Inc. (NYSE: IN) 23% HIGHER; announced a definitive agreement under which Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON) will acquire Intermec for $10.00 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $600 million, net of cash and debt acquired.

Geron Corporation (NASDAQ: GERN) 19% HIGHER; announced positive clinical results from the Phase 2 trial of imetelstat, the company`s first-in-class telomerase inhibitor, in patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET).

Nexen, Inc. (NYSE: NXY) 15% HIGHER; on Friday, Canada approved China-based CNOOC's (NYSE: CEO) takeover of Calgary-based Nexen, Inc. (NYSE: NXY).

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDX) 11% HIGHER; announced final results from the Companys randomized Phase 2b EMERGE study of CDX-011 in patients with glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB)-expressing, advanced, heavily pretreated breast cancer. CDX-011 is an antibody-drug conjugate that targets and binds to GPNMB, a specific protein that is expressed in breast cancer which promotes the migration, invasion and metastasis of the disease.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMND) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, versus $0.23 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $223.99 million, versus $234.72 million reported last year.

Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) 4% LOWER; gives back some of Friday's 23% gains as takeover rumors questioned.

Halcon Resources (NYSE: HK) 3% HIGHER; new Overweight at Morgan Stanley

McDonald's Corp. (NYSE: MCD) 2% HIGHER; global comps easily beat views.

TD Ameritrade Holding (NYSE: AMTD) 2% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $0.50 per share.

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 2% LOWER; new Underperform at BofA/Merrill Lynch

United States Steel Corp. (NYSE: X) 1% LOWER; Downgraded to Underperform at Longbow Research

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) 1% LOWER; price target cut from $900 to $800 at Jefferies
