Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) 27.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.87, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.80-3.00, versus prior guidance of $2.50-2.75 and the consensus of $2.48. MEI Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: MEIP) 22.2% HIGHER; entered in a securities purchase agreement with Baker Bros. Advisors and others. Will sell up to 6 million units for $3 million. Each Unit consists of one share of Common Stock and warrants to acquire 0.70 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.52 per share. The Units will consist of an aggregate of 6,000,000 shares of Common Stock and Warrants exercisable for an aggregate of 4,200,000 shares of Common Stock. The warrants will expire 5 years after the date of issuance.

Synergy Pharma (Nasdaq: SGYP) 20.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.15), $0.14 worse than in the same quarter of 2011. During the quarter ended September 30, 2011 Synergy reported a $4.4 million gain from the change in fair value of derivative instruments, whereas such gain was $0.1 million this quarter.

Online Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCC) 18.5% LOWER; getting hit below the $2.50 support level today. The company reported Q3 results on November 8th and dipped as Q4 guidance came in below expectations. This is not a heavily shorted stock either.

IAMGOLD Corp. (NYSE: IAG) 18.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $386.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $427.09 million.

Envivio (Nasdaq: ENVI) 17.0% LOWER; announced that it expects revenue for the quarter ending October 31, 2012, to be in the range of $7.0 million - $7.5 million, as compared to its previous guidance of $10 million - $11 million and the consensus of $10.6 million.

Nektar Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NKTR) 14.5% LOWER; showing weakness below the $8 level. AstraZeneca also offered an update from Phase III KODIAC trials Tuesday.

Vipshop Holdings (NYSE: VIPS) 13.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $155.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $147.45 million. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $235-$240 million, versus the consensus of $201.7 million. Also sees FY2012 revenue of $627-$632 million, versus the consensus of $591.80 million.

BioFuel Energy Corp. (Nasdaq: BIOF) 13.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($1.88), versus $0.36 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.1 million, versus $162.5 million reported last year.

Woodward, Inc. (Nasdaq: WWD) 12.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $528.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $528.19 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.15-$2.35, versus the consensus of $2.26 and revenue of $1.85-2 billion, versus the consensus of $1.97 billion.
