BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN) 32.4% HIGHER; popping above the 50-day SMA on volume today.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYCC) 26.7% HIGHER; positive comments from a noted biotech watcher.

BioFuel Energy Corp. (BIOF) 16.5% LOWER; retreating again after ripping 59.3 percent from the open last Friday through Monday night. The stock originally popped on new EPA initiatives.

Euroseas, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESEA) 13.4% HIGHER; shippers making a strong move to the upside Wednesday on global stimulus measures that have been recently announced. Today's comes from the Bank of Japan, which expanded its asset buying program by ¥10 trillion.

Achillion Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ACHN) 13.3% HIGHER; BofA/Merrill upgraded shares from Underperform to Buy while Deutsche Bank started coverage at Buy.

Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdq: IDIX) 12.1% LOWER; BofA/Merrill Lynch cut from Buy to Neutral.

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAD) 11.3% HIGHER; also moving on positive biotech comments today.

Bon-Ton Stores (Nasdaq: BONT) 10.1% LOWER; Credit Suisse downgraded the stock from Neutral to Underperform.

A123 Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: AONE) 7.3% HIGHER; positive on automotive sentiment. In addition, GE's (NYSE: GE) Energy Storage business announced it received $63 million of new orders for its Durathon battery since the unit launched in July, which could be aiding A123 today.
