Crossing and above:

• Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) - up 2.8 percent. Popping on the session after announcing a new licensing deal with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT). Shares look to be supported by the 50-day as well, at least over the last few sessions.
  
  
• Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARNA) - up 7.8 percent. Not much on Arena today, though the Company did announced it would present at an upcoming UBS conference. Shares are up on strong volume today. Notably. the 20-day is at $8.74 and trending higher while the 50-day is at $8.87, setting up a potential crossing of the trend lines.
  
  
• Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) - up 11.1 percent. Completed its initial assessment of the Company's cost structure and operating model undertaken to improve its cost competitiveness and deliver enhanced financial returns. • Targacept (Nasdaq: TRGT) - up 11.3 percent. Moving higher following a bullish article on its TC-5619 drug candidate as a treatment for Alzheimer's and schizophrenia.

Crossing and below:

• Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR) - down 9.7 percent. Lower after Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) said it would be exiting its stake in Clearwire. Clearwire has finished lower four of the last five sessions, exclusive of today's move.
  
  
• Deckers Outdoor (Nasdaq: DECK) - down 9.1 percent. Containing to see some negative sentiment Tuesday following an analyst call on UGG sales Monday.
  
  
• United States Steel Corp. (NYSE: X) - down 3.9 percent. Continuing lower as some believe the rally in steel might be over. Shares have been fluctuating between $18 and $24 the last few months, flattening out the moving averages.
