CapLease (LSE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.07; 5.5% Yield

CapLease (NYSE: LSE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.065.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
