Jefferies Reiterates a 'Buy' on China Cord Blood (CO); Baby's Kicking

Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on China Cord Blood (NYSE: CO) price target of $5.50.

Analyst, Brian Tanquilut, said, "CO continues to deliver exceptionally strong results as the company benefits from this year's "Year of the Dragon" baby boom and as management positions the company to take advantage of growth opportunities through methodical capacity and sales force expansions. In addition to our expectation for continued fundamental strength, we expect CO to harness its robust FCF to continue repurchasing shares aggressively." (Raises FY EPS estimate from $0.16 to $0.17)
