Ubiquiti Networks (Nasdaq: UBNT) 41.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30 and sales of $94.9 million, compared with views calling for EPS of $0.29 and sales of $94.59 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.14-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.29. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $62-$70 million, versus the consensus of $98.4 million. Downgraded at Wedbush, Deutsche Bank, Capstone, and Pacific Crest today.

Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) 28.0% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, versus $0.15 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.6 million, versus $71.7 million reported last year. Sees Q113 revs up modestly from Q4. Sees FY13 revenue growth in the range of 45 to 50%. For more, click here.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $996.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $998.13 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.10-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.34. Downgraded by BB&T, Jefferies, and Credit Suisse.

Imperva, Inc. (NYSE: IMPV) 22.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.6 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $24.6-$25 million, versus the consensus of $24.7 million. Imperva also sees FY2012 revenue of $99.5-$101.5 million, versus the consensus of $99.1 million.

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPAY) 21.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.75 million.
