Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.59 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.14-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.29. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $62-$70 million, versus the consensus of $98.4 million. Downgraded at Wedbush, Deutsche Bank, Capstone, and Pacific Crest today.

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPAY) 20.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.75 million.

Imperva, Inc. (NYSE: IMPV) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). eMagin Corp. (NYSE: EMAN) 15.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, versus $0.01 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $7.4 million.

PharmAthene, Inc. (AMEX: PIP), 14.4% LOWER; received notification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that its SparVax rPA anthrax vaccine program has been placed on clinical hold. The Agency indicated that the Company will receive a letter providing details of the basis for the clinical hold within 30 days. During this period, PharmAthene will continue to provide the agency with analytical data from its recently produced GMP lot of material. The clinical study, which was expected to begin by the end of this year, has not enrolled any subjects to date and accordingly, there have been no adverse events reported.

51job Inc (Nasdaq: JOBS) 13.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.66, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $55.4 million.

DG FastChannel, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGIT) 13.0% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $100.7 million.
