Doral Financial Corporation (NYSE: DRL) 28.4% LOWER; reported Q212 net loss of $1.6 million, from net income of $4.5 million in the same period last year. The Company also announced that on August 8, 2012 Doral Bank entered into a Consent Order with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "FDIC") and the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico. The consent order includes provisions that require Doral Bank to maintain Tier 1 leverage, Tier 1 risk-based, and Total risk-based capital ratios in the amount of 8.0%, 10.0%, and 12.0%, respectively, and require Doral Bank to obtain a waiver from the FDIC before accepting, renewing or rolling over brokered deposits. As of the signing of the Consent Order, Doral Bank's capital ratios exceeded the required levels. In addition, Doral Financial maintained capital levels in excess of the noted levels and the holding company serves as a source of capital strength to Doral Bank.

Robbins & Myers (NYSE: RBN) 27.3% HIGHER; to be acquired by National Oilwell (NYSE: NOV) for $60 per share.

IntraLinks Holdings (NYSE: IL) 24.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.79 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.01-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.02. IntraLinks sees FY2012 EPS of $0.05-$0.10.

Mitel (Nasdaq: MITL) 24.0% LOWER announced that it expects revenue for the quarter ended July 31, 2012 to be in the range of $138 million - $139 million, compared to the previously provided range of $150 million to $155 million. The Street sees revs of $153.5 million.

Boingo Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIFI) 24.0% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.04, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.74 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.05-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.08. Boingo Wireless, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $25.5-$26.5 million, versus the consensus of $28.9 million.

Education Management Corp (NASDAQ: EDMC) 22.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $639.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $643.25 million. Total enrollment down 10.8% to 124,600; new student enrollment down 20.1% to 21,400. Education Management sees FY2013 EPS of $0.54, versus the consensus of $1.10. Also sees Q113 loss of $0.08, versus consensus EPS of $.05.

Silicon Graphics (NASDAQ: SGI) 22.0% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.10), $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.43). Revenue for the quarter came in at $179 million versus the consensus estimate of $185.18 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $-0.16-$-0.24, versus the consensus of $-0.24.

Sagent Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGNT) 21.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.17), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.24). Revenue for the quarter came in at $42.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $40.4 million. The Company anticipates reported net loss for fiscal 2012 to be in the range of $20 to $30 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $180-$200 million, versus the consensus of $221.08 million. Prior outlook called for sales of $220 - $250 million.

Millennial Media (NYSE: MM) 20.0% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.03), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.95 million.

Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) 19.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, versus the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $370 million versus the consensus estimate of $369.98 million.

Select Medical Holdings (NYSE: SEM) 18.2% LOWER; downgraaded at Baird, BofA/Merrill Lynch, and RBC Capital today.

Rosetta Stone (NYSE: RST) 16.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.22), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $66.77 million.

Amarin Corp Plc (NASDAQ: AMRN) 16.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.20), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Moving higher ahead of its NCE decision for AMR101, expected on August 17th.

Universal Display Corp (NASDAQ: PANL) 16.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.98 million. The Company believes that its revenues will be in the range of $90 million to $110 million for fiscal 2012. The Street sees revs of $101.10 million.

Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) 15.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.83 million.

Genomic Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: GHDX) 14.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $57.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $58.24 million.

The Providence Service Corp. (NASDAQ: PRSC) 13.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $278.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.15 million.
