Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.97 million. Cafepress sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.05-$0.07, versus the consensus of $0.10. Cafepress sees Q3 2012 revenue of $42.5-$45.0 million, versus the consensus of $50.00 million. Also sees FY2012 EPS of $0.68-$0.77, versus the consensus of $0.80. Cafepress sees FY2012 revenue of $208-$217 million, versus the consensus of $229.5 million. Downgraded by JPMorgan and Cowen on Tuesday.

Accretive Health, Inc. (NYSE: AH) 37.0% HIGHER; Accretive and Ascension Health are in the process of finalizing the terms for an expected five year renewal of the Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement between the Company and Ascension, dated as of December 13, 2007. Avid Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVID) 23.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.11), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $157.43 million versus the consensus estimate of $154 million.

RealD (NYSE: RLD) 22.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $70.38 million.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRUS) 21.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $99 million versus the consensus estimate of $100.94 million. Cirrus sees Q213 revenue of $170-$190 million, versus the consensus of $129.7 million.

Dendreon Corp (Nasdaq: DNDN) 21.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.61), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.59). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80 million versus the consensus estimate of $85.8 million. Also announced a strategic restructuring plan designed to accelerate the Company’s path to profitability and future growth. As a result of the restructuring, the Company expects to reduce costs by approximately $150 million annually, including a reduction in headcount of more than 600 full-time and contractor positions over the next 12 months. JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank downgraded the stock.

ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZLTQ) 20.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 net loss of $0.24 per share on revs of $22.3 million, versus views calling for a loss of $0.18 per share and revs of $20.88 million. CFO Joshua Brumm also resigned.

Suntech Power Holdings Co. (NYSE: STP) 18.7% LOWER; continuing from Monday, when it announced it might have been involved in a fraudulant transaction.

Virtusa Corporation (Nasdaq: VRTU) 18.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $76.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.83 million. Virtusa sees Q212 EPS of $0.21-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.23 amd revenue of $78.5-$80.5 million, versus the consensus of $78.47 million. The Company also sees FY2013 EPS of $1.01-$1.13, versus the consensus of $1.03 and revenue of $320-$330 million, versus the consensus of $321.41 million.

Anadigics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD) 17.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.25), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.26 million.
