Janney Montgomery Scott maintains a 'Buy' on Chico's, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) price target of $18.00.
Analyst, Adrienne Tennant, said, "Our channel checks quarter-to-date have shown clean inventories, particularly exiting clearance inventory, and well planned promotions at both divisions, with particular strength at White House Black Market. Our checks suggest WHBM has been roughly flat on initial promotions quarter-to-date, with cleaner markdown inventory, and CHS has progressively been less promotional than the beginning of quarter."
Maintains Q2 EPS of $0.40, FY12 at $1.05 and FY13 at $1.23.
