Summer Infant, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUMR) 28% LOWER; reported Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.07, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.12. The results included a $500,000 tax expense. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.03 million.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 20% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $559.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $530.82 million. Sees net income of $25-$45 million. Groupon sees Q2 2012 revenue of $550-$590 million, versus the consensus of $558.7 million.

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASEI) 14.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $65 million. Also announced a $35 million buyback plan.

FriendFinder Networks Inc (NASDAQ: FFN) 6.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.43) (from continuing operations) vs. the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.5 million.

Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) 5% LOWER; announces a public offering of 10 million shares of common stock. Underwriters will have the option to purchase an additional 1.5 million in shares.

Tri-Tech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIT) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.93 million.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $101.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.73 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $120-$125 million, versus the consensus of $116.72 million.

Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.78, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.71 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.18-$3.24, versus the consensus of $3.19. Agilent Technologies, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $6.94-$7.00 billion, versus the consensus of $6.95 billion.

Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSPT) 1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.37), $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.54).
