Liquidity Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: LQDT) agreed to acquire GoIndustry DoveBid, plc (GoIndustry), a global provider of surplus asset management, auction and valuation services, for 73 pence per share and assumed indebtedness, or total consideration of approximately $31 million USD.
