Bernstein upgrades Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) from Underperform to Outperform, its price target raised from $17 to $21.

Lazard Capital raises Coach (NYSE: COH) from Neutral to Buy.

Credit Suisse trims salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) from Neutral to Outperform, its price target raised from $145 to $185.

Pacific Crest lifts ON Semi (Nasdaq: ONNN) from Sector Perform to Outperform.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Nasdaq: GMCR) lowered by two today:
  • Piper Jaffray from Overweight to Neutral, price target from $65 to $40; and

Atmel (Nasdaq: ATML) also trimmed by two:
  • Craig-Hallum from Buy to Hold, price target of $9; and
