Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN) 41.5% LOWER; reports that midday yesterday, the FDA notified the Company that the FDA Advisory Committee meeting previously scheduled for May 31 to review RG1068 for pancreatic imaging has been cancelled by the FDA. The Company expects to receive a Complete Response letter on the previously announced June 21 PDUFA date requesting additional clinical trial data to support the New Drug Application (NDA).

Patrick Industries (Nasdaq: PATK) 33% HIGHER; reported Q1 sales of $102.7 million, up 47.8 percent from the same quarter last year. Earnings totaled 47 cents per share, up sharply from the 13 cents per share reported in Q1 of 2011.

Houston American Energy (AMEX: HUSA) 28.3% HIGHER; the stock has pushed over resistance at $2 this morning. Volume is extremely heavy: 1.4 million shares have already traded, vs. the stock's full-day average volume of about 833,000 shares.

Furiex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: FURX) 23.3% LOWER; today confirmed that Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited issued a news release reporting that Takeda has received a complete response letter from the U.S. FDA regarding its new drug applications (NDAs) for alogliptin, and the fixed-dose combination therapy alogliptin and pioglitazone.

Leap Wireless (NASDAQ: LEAP) 20.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.28), $0.34 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.94). Revenue for the quarter came in at $825.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $828.42 million.

Brinks Co. (NYSE: BCO) 19.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.58, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $967 million versus the consensus estimate of $955.8 million.

Solarwinds (NYSE: SWI) 19% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $56.39 million.

Inergy, L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) 18% HIGHER; Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SPH) has reached a definitive agreement with Inergy, LP Inergy GP, LLC and Inergy Sales & Service, Inc., to acquire the sole membership interest in Inergy Propane, LLC, now owned by Inergy, including certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of Inergy Propane, LLC, and the assets of Inergy Sales.

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) 17.5% LOWER; reported Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.21, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revs came in at €3.206 billion, from €3.656 billion in the same period last year. Reaffirms outlook.

Strayer Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRA) 17.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.09, in-line with the analyst estimate of $2.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $149.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $150.12 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $1.84-$1.86, versus the consensus of $1.86.

Vasco Data Security (NASDAQ: VDSI) 17.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.8 million.

MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO) 17.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $144 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.17 million. Comps up 26%.

NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NIHD) 17.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.06, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.69 billion.

Amarin (Nasdaq: AMRN) 16.2% HIGHER; in addition to the continued chatter this morning, traders may also be responding to news of positive top-line results from Omthera Pharma's Phase 3 EVOLVE study for Epanova. The company's study results did not define LDL info for the product, which should be a positive for Amarin.

Logitech International Sa (NASDAQ: LOGI) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $532 million versus the consensus estimate of $538.37 million.

AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI) 15.9% LOWER; Northland Securities downgraded AXTI from Outperform to Market Perform, price target lowered from $8.00 to $6.50.

Newmarket (NYSE: NEU) 14.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $4.96, $1.49 better than the analyst estimate of $3.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $562.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $538.66 million.

Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSPT) 14.5% LOWER; is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Transcept expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Transcept. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: IFSIA) 13.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $232.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $233.05 million.

Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW) 13.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $246.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $240.94 million. Monster Worldwide, Inc. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.04-$0.08, versus the consensus of $0.06.

Valassis Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VCI) 12.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.57, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $518.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $530.87 million. Valassis Communications, Inc. reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) 11.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $110.05 million. Cirrus Logic sees Q1 revenues of $96-$106 million, versus the consensus of $106.62 million.

Mattson Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTSN) 11.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.01), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.03 million.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) 11% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.59, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51.
