eBay, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.55, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.15 billion. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.53-$0.55, versus the consensus of $0.54. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $3.25-$3.35 billion, versus the consensus of $3.36 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.30-$2.35, versus prior guidance of $2.25-$2.30 and the consensus of $2.30. Sees FY2012 revenue of $13.8-$14.1 billion, versus the consensus of $13.85 billion.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) 7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.09, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $339.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $335.06 million. Looking for Q3 adj-EPS of $1.12-$1.14, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.14. Sees sales of $350-$355 million, vs. the consensus estimate of $353.4 million. Expecting FY12 sales growth of at least 20 percent and cash flow from operations above $110 million.

Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $367 million versus the consensus estimate of $371.9 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.20-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.25. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $367-$377 million, versus the consensus of $387.6 million.

Qualcomm, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) 3.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.94 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.82 billion. Sees Q3 adj-EPS of 83-89 cents on sales of $4.45-$4.85 billion. The Street is looking for Q3 EPS of 90 cents on sales of $4.8 billion. Raised its FY12 adj-EPS guidance from $3.55-$3.75 to $3.61-$3.76, vs. the consensus of $3.78. Sees sales of $18.7-$19.7 billion, vs. the consensus of $19.46 billion.

OpenTable, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPEN) 3.5% HIGHER; will replace ZOLL Medical Corp. (NASDAQ: ZOLL) in the SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, April 20.

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPPI) 3.3% HIGHER; will replace Midas, Inc. (NYSE: MDS) in the SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, April 24.

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc (NYSE: SWK) 3.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.09, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.65 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.64 billion. Reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Marriott International Inc. (NYSE: MAR) 3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.61 billion. Looking for FY12 EPS of $1.58-$1.69, up from a prior outlook of $1.52-$1.64, and compared to the Street estimate of $1.60. Sees FY12 RevPAR up 6-8 percent.

Select Comfort Corp (NASDAQ: SCSS) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $262.38 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.6 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.38-$1.46, versus views calling for EPS of $1.38.

VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.03 billion. Said second quarter 2012 revenues are expected to be in the range of $1.10 and $1.12 billion. The consensus is $1.11 billion. Annual 2012 revenues are expected to be in the range of $4.525 and $4.625 billion, an increase of 20% to 23% from 2011, and annual license revenues are expected to grow between 12% and 16%. The revenue consenus is $4.57 billion.

Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBST) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $211.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.54 million. On Cubist's Q1 conference call, an exec said the company is now anticipating 2012 operating net income in the range of $230-$235 million, up from prior guidance of $215-$220 million issued in January. Company now expecting sales of $900-$930 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $907.6 million.

Plexus Corp (NASDAQ: PLXS) 2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.56, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $573.47 million versus the consensus estimate of $567.62 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.60-$0.66, versus the consensus of $0.63. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $590-$620 million, versus the consensus of $602.7 million.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.7 billion. Comps up 5%. Yum! Brands sees FY12 EPS growth of 12% or $3.22, versus the consensus of $3.28.
