The U.S. Army has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) a five-year, $100 million contract to continue support of the III Corps Mission Command Training Center (MCTC).
The program, which was awarded under the Operations Planning Training and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) II contract, will provide training for Army mission command systems, simulation-driven staff training exercises, and immersive training for platoon and company convoy and counter-IED operations. The contract includes one base year and four option years.
