Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Anaren (NASDAQ: ANEN) price target of $26.00.
Analyst, T. Michael Walkley, said, "We believe Anaren is well positioned to benefit from improving LTE growth trends with leading OEM customers during H2/C2012. With our belief that Anaren’s Space & Defense business unit has stabilized, we believe the company represents a compelling valuation for investors searching for companies with exposure to recovering 4G capital spending trends. In fact, we believe Anaren’s 4G base station dollar content is 2x to 3x its 3G content, and an increasing LTE mix should drive recovering sales for its higher-margin Wireless business unit."
