FSI International, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSII) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $38.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.09 million. The company expects third quarter fiscal 2012 revenues to exceed $50.0 million.

CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) 4% HIGHER; will replace Wright Express in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, March 26.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: LXRX) 2.5% HIGHER; announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted its request for Orphan Drug designation for telotristat etiprate (LX1032) for the treatment of carcinoid syndrome.

Hercules Offshore (Nasdaq: HERO) 2% LOWER; announces an offering of up to 20 million shares of common stock. The company will acquire a rig from Diamond Offshore (NYSE: DO) for $40 million. Also announced a 3-year drilling contract with Saudi Aramco.

Ariad Pharma's (Nasdaq: ARIA) 1.5% LOWER; Merck (NYSE: MRK) and Ariad Pharma ridaforolimus have just failed to win backing by an FDA panel. The panel voted 13-1 that risks outweigh benefits.

Oracle Corp (NASDAQ: ORCL) 1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.62, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.03 billion. Sees Q4 non-GAAP sales down 2 percent to up 2 percent. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of 78-83 cents, vs. 76 cents.
