BioFuel Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: BIOF) 17.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, versus ($0.09) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $164 million, versus $141.1 million reported last year.

Motricity, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOTR) 17% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.14), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.65 million.

Shutterfly, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFLY) 16.4% HIGHER; the company will buy Eastman Kodak's Gallery on-line photo services for $23.8 million. The terms of the agreement include the transfer of Gallery customer accounts and images in the U.S. and Canada to Shutterfly. The agreement comprises the initial, stalking horse bid in a Court-supervised auction process under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code that will ensure the maximization of value for the assets.

Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain (NYSE: CCSC) 15.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.08), $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.85 million. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $42.9-$44.5 million, versus the consensus of $49.75 million.

Columbia Laboratories Inc. (Nasdaq: CBRX) 15% HIGHER; today announced a 42% workforce reduction from 24 employees at December 31, 2011, to 14 employees. The Company will record a severance charge of approximately $0.5 million in the first quarter of 2012, and expects to realize annual savings of over $1.5 million. The Company is evaluating all strategic options moving forward and will update investors on its 2011 Earning's Conference Call scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2012.

Flow International Corp (NASDAQ: FLOW) 10.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.32 million.

PC Mall, Inc. (NASDAQ: MALL) 8.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $398.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $406.54 million.

Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNA) 8.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.81, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $862 million versus the consensus estimate of $829.9 million. Ascena Retail Group, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $2.75-$2.80, versus prior guidance of $2.60-$2.70 and the consensus of $2.66.

SIGA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGA) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.11), versus ($0.29) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5 million, versus $3.1 million reported last year.

Alaska Communications (NASDAQ: ALSK) 5.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $87.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $84 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $355-$365 million, versus the consensus of $343.1 million.

DCP Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: DPM) 3.9% LOWER; has commenced, subject to market conditions, an underwritten public offering of 4,750,000 of its common units representing limited partner interests. The Partnership also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 712,500 additional common units.

Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.49 billion. Comps up 7.5%.
