Stifel Nicolaus lifts GMX Resources (NYSE: GMXR) from Sell to Hold.

Barclays boosts Seagate Technology (Nasdaq: STX) from Equalweight to Overweight, its price target raised from $21 to $31.

JPMorgan raises Franklin Resources (NYSE: BEN) from Underweight to Neutral, its price target boosted from $91 to $108.
