Leerink Swann downgraded Luminex (NASDAQ: LMNX) from Outperform to Market Perform, price target range cut from $23-25 to $19-$22.
Leerink analyst says, "We continue to view LMNX as a growth company, remain positive on its ability to leverage the recently acquired EraGen business, and view the optionality presented by its participation in the BioWatch program as intriguing. However, we believe the Street has mismodeled 2012E and stock appreciation could be challenged until estimates reset." (Leerink lowers FY12 EPS estimate by $0.01 to $0.45)
