Cryptologic (Nasdaq: CRYP) 25.7% HIGHER; shares halted to announce: possible offer by Amaya at $2.50/share.

Quiksilver, Inc. (NYSE: ZQK) 11% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $545.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $528.47 million.

StemCells, Inc. (Nasdaq: STEM) 10% LOWER; intends to offer and sell common stock and warrants, subject to market and other conditions, in an underwritten public offering. The shares and warrants are being offered under the Company's effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). StemCells intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and operational purposes, including product development.

Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ: RIMM) 7.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.27, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.27 billion. Sees Q4 sales $4.6-$4.9 billion and EPS of 80-95 cents. The Street is currently looking for quarterly sales of $5.12 billion and EPS of $1.18.

Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.54 to $0.59, versus $0.58 consensus. Sees Q1 adj-EPS 54-59c on sales $1.025-$1.07B. Street looking for EPS of 58c on sales $1.055 billion. Sees FY12 adj-EPS $2.37-$2.47, vs. cons. $2.45. Sees sales up 4-6 percent.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.96, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.84 billion. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $6.5-$6.8 billion, versus the consensus of $6.59 billion.

St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ) 1.3% LOWER; announced that the U.S. FDA has classified its voluntary medical device advisory letter to physicians from Nov. 28, 2011, regarding the performance of Riata and Riata ST Silicone Defibrillation Leads, as a Class I Recall. Heico Corp., (NYSE: HEI) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.44, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $208.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $192.69 million.
