SuperMedia (Nasdaq: SPMD) 50.8% HIGHER; shares breaking above resistance around $2.50 and $3. Volume is very heavy and spiked notably after crossing the $3.50 level.

Zoll Medical (Nasdaq: ZOLL) 30.3% HIGHER; announces the CMS Durable Medical Equipment Medical Administrative Contractors reaffirmed the current coverage policy across all indications for the LifeVest(R) Wearable Defibrillator.

Antares Pharma (AMEX: AIS) 29.5% LOWER; in a partnership with BioSante for LibiGel. Roth Capital also downgraded the stock this morning.

InterMune (Nasdaq: ITMN) 27.6% LOWER; in additional to lowered FY11, FY12, FY13, FY14 and FY15 estimates at Goldman this morning, now hearing a German science board that contracts w/ gov't raises doubt about pirfenidone benefit

SonoSite (Nasdaq: SONO) 26.7% HIGHER; FUJIFILM announced it will acquire the company for $54 per share. Click here to see the full report.

Novellus (Nasdaq: NVLS) 21.9% HIGHER; Lam Research (Nasdaq: LRCX) will acquire the company in a $3.3 billion all-stock deal. Novellus holders will get 1.125 shares of Lam for each share they hold. Click here to see the full report.

Pacific Ethanol (Nasdaq: PEIX) 13.4% LOWER; following a nearly 40 percent jump on December 1st and 2nd amid news of a new 7 percent stake in PE Holdco, the stock has tumbled nearly 53 percent since.

Central European Distribution (Nasdaq: CEDC) 12.5% HIGHER; following speculation related to Russian Standard last week, Reuters is reporting today RS may not be closer to acquiring an additional 19.9 percent in the company on top of an already 9.9 percent stake.

Deckers Outdoor (NASDAQ: DECK) 10.9% LOWER; Sterne Agee downgraded the stock from Buy to Underperform with a price target of $72 (down from $130). Click here to see more color on the report.

Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OREX) 10.2% LOWER; today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,646,173 units. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase ten shares of common stock, at a price to the public of $1.45 per share of common stock and $1.449 per warrant to purchase each share of common stock, which together comprise the purchase price of $15.94 per unit.

AVI BioPharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVII) 10% LOWER; has received a letter from the listing qualifications department staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, notifying AVI that for the last 30 consecutive business days the bid price of its common stock had closed below $1.00 per share, the minimum closing bid price required by the continued listing requirements set forth in Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The notice has no effect at this time on the listing of AVI's common stock, which will continue to trade under the symbol "AVII."

WebMD (Nasdaq: WBMD) 8.9% HIGHER; NY Post reporting the company is being target by four buyout firms including KKR and Providence Equity.
