Gildan Activewear Inc. (NYSE: GIL) 29.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.42, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $481.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $497.5 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.40, versus the consensus of $0.29. Gildan sees Q1 2012 revenue of $300 million, versus the consensus of $451.06 million. For FY2012, Gildan sees EPS of $1.30, versus the consensus of $2.27, and revenue of $1.9 billion, versus the consensus of $2.15 billion.

Magma Design (Nasdaq: LAVA) 24.9% HIGHER; Synopsys (Nasdaq: SNPS) to acquire Magma for $7.35 per share in cash.

Bon-Ton (Nasdaq: BONT) 23.2% HIGHER; reports total sales for the month of November were $303.6 million, fell 4.9 percent from the same period last year. Same-store sales fell 4.9 percent.

Dex One (Nasdaq: DEXO) 21.4% HIGHER; following an 80+ percent surge on Monday and Tuesday, the stock fell about 16 percent yesterday and is bouncing, holding over the $1 level today.

GMX Resources (Nasdaq: GMXR) 21.3% HIGHER; stock seems to be breaking away from the 200-day SMA this morning. Notably, volume has picked up over the last hour of trade. S&P downgraded the company's corporate credit rating from CCC+ to CC last night.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEIX) 20% HIGHER; has purchased an additional 7% ownership interest in New PE Holdco LLC, the owner of the four Pacific Ethanol production facilities with a combined annual production capacity of 200 million gallons. The company paid $4.5 million in cash for the additional interest. This purchase brings the company's total ownership interest to 27%. On October 6, 2010, the company paid $23.3 million in cash for its initial 20% ownership interest.

Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR) 19.7% HIGHER; Sprint (NYSE: S) offers Clearwire up to $1.6 billion in conditional aggregate revenues and funding. Click here to see the full story.

Scorpio Tankers (Nasdaq: STNG) 19.7% LOWER; prices 7 million shares at $5.50 per share.

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS) 15.8% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.17 per share, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.98 billion. The company expects full year EBITDA to be at the lower end of the previously issued range of $210 million to $250 million.

Finisar Corp (Nasdaq: FNSR) 11.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $241.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $242.27 million.

Seachange (Nasdaq: SEAC) 11.2% LOWER; Chairman and CEO Bill Styslinger has announced his retirement. Thomas Olson has been named the company's Chairman. Raghu Rau has been named interim CEO, effective immediately. Sees Q3 sales of $52-$53 million on adj-EPS of 10-11 cents. The Street is currently looking for quarterly sales of $53.5 million and EPS of 18 cents.
