Trident Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRID) 39% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.11), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $75 million. Trident Microsystems, Inc. sees Q4 2011 Non-GAAP operating loss in the range of $24 million to $28 million.Trident Microsystems, Inc. sees Q4 2011 revenue of $50-$56 million, versus the consensus of $80 million.

Openwave Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPWV) 31% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $34.33 million. Announced Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT) agreed to license Openwave's patent portfolio. Microsoft becomes the first company to license Openwave’s portfolio of approximately 200 patents, including several foundational patents covering smart device and cloud technologies, among others.

MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.36, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $865.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $776.28 million.

Keynote Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: KEYN) 10.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.48 million. Keynote Systems, Inc. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.22-$0.28, versus the consensus of $0.27.

Con-Way (NYSE: CNW) 9.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.52, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.36 billion.

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $127.34 million. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $154-$158 million, versus the consensus of $147.8 million. Also announced a $500 million common shelf offering, including $100 million from the company and the remainder from selling shareholders.

Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCLS) 9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.03), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.33 million.

Entropic Communications (NASDAQ: ENTR) 9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.12, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.97 million.

Genpact (NYSE: G) 8.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $429.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $420.03 million.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $705.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $712.57 million. SunPower Corporation sees FY2011 EPS of $-0.05-$0.20, versus the consensus of $0.73. Sees FY2011 revenue of $2.40-$2.45 billion, versus the consensus of $2.79 billion. Also announced a restructuring and some management changes, including the resignation of its CFO.

Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.57, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.62 billion.

American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) 2.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($1.60), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of ($0.27).

CBS (NYSE: CBS) 2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.50, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.37 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.43 billion. Increases buyback by $1.5 billion.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 1.4% LOWER; said it is exploring the issuance of common stock and senior notes in exchange for shares of preferred stock. The company said it would not issue more than 400 million shares of common stock or $3 billion in new senior notes in connection with these exchanges.
