Phoenix Cos., Inc. (NYSE: PNX) 26.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.25, versus ($0.06) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $463.3 million, versus $483.2 million reported last year.

Codexis, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDXS) 21.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.08), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.65 million. Sees FY2011 revenue of $120 million or more, versus the consensus of $122 million.

LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: LF) 21.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.35, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.48 million. LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $0.17-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.21. Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMND) 20.1% LOWER; announced that its previously announced acquisition of the Pringles snack business from The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) is now expected to close in the first half of calendar 2012. Diamond and P&G had previously expected the closing to occur in December of 2011. The stock was downgraded at BofA, RBC, Janney and Northland.

ReachLocal, Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOC) 18.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $98.63 million versus the consensus estimate of $101.29 million. The stock was downgraded at Craig-Hallum.

QuickLogic Corp (NASDAQ: QUIK) 18% LOWER; reported Q3 non-GAAP EPS of ($0.03), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.59 million.

HHGregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG) 15.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $618.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $539.6 million. Comps up 1.5%. Forest Oil (NYSE: FST) 15.2% HIGHER; continuing higher today following a 10 percent rise yesterday on the back of inline Q3 results. Hearing the stock was upgraded at BofA earlier.

Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVTL) 14.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.00, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $113.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.95 million. Novatel Wireless, Inc. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $-0.10-$0.00, versus the consensus of $0.02. Novatel Wireless, Inc. sees Q4 2011 revenue of $105-$120 million, versus the consensus of $122.7 million.

Boston Beer Co. (NYSE: SAM) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.19, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $134.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $131.94 million. Vonage Holdings (NYSE: VG) 14.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $217 million versus the consensus estimate of $220.87 million.

Genomic Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: GHDX) 14.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.3 million. The stock was upgraded at Piper Jaffray and Ladenburg Thalmann.

Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) 14.2% HIGHER; Intermountain Healthcare and Accretive HEalth today announced a five-year strategic relationship for end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This agreement will enable Intermountain to build on its track record of revenue cycle excellence by leveraging Accretive’s distinctive operating model, including its rigorous processes and proprietary technology, to generate additional improvements in revenue yield and enhance patient satisfaction across Intermountain’s network of 23 hospitals.

Huntsman Corp. (NYSE: HUN) 13.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.45, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.98 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.87 billion.

Wright Medical Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WMGI) 13.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.20, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Thoratec Corp (NASDAQ: THOR) 10.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.41, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $102.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $103.63 million.
