Barclays Upgrades Polycom (PLCM), ShoreTel (SHOR) to Overweight, Downgrades Riverbed (RVBD) to Equalweight

Barclays' Jeffrey Kvaal revised ratings on a number of stocks in the Communications Equipment sector Tuesday morning:

• upgraded Polycom (Nasdaq: PLCM) from Equalweight to Overweight, price target raised from $25 to $28
  
• upgraded ShoreTel (Nasdaq: SHOR) from Equalweight to Overweight, $10 price target maintained
  
• downgraded Riverbed (Nasdaq: RVBD) from Overweight to Equalweight, price target reduced from $30 to $22
